Who we are
Haute Solutions supplies branding and promotional products to organisations in South Africa. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 ("POPIA"), Haute Solutions is the responsible party for the personal information described in this policy.

What we collect
We collect only what you type into our quote form or send us directly:
- Your name
- Your organisation, if you give it
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you give it
- The solution you're interested in and any project details you describe
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels or analytics profiling on this website. We do not collect special personal information as defined in POPIA, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Why we collect it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, fulfil an order you place, and keep in touch about that specific job. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and we do not use your information for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We share your details only where it is necessary to do the work — for example, with a manufacturer or courier fulfilling your order — and only the minimum needed. Our website and email are hosted by our service provider on servers in South Africa. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information.
We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become orders are kept for up to 24 months, in case you come back to us. Records relating to completed orders are kept for as long as South African tax and company law requires, currently five years. After that we delete or de-identify them.
How we protect it
This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and messages from the quote form are transmitted to our mailbox over an authenticated, encrypted connection. Access to enquiry emails is limited to people at Haute Solutions who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to prevent loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to correct or delete it
- Object to us processing it
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Complain to the Information Regulator
To exercise any of these, email admin@hautesolutions.co.za. We'll respond within a reasonable period and won't charge you for a reasonable request.
If you're not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at complaints.IR@justice.gov.za.

If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
